COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Badley 871TM-B5N18-H2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Badley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Badley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Badley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Badley such as the 42DRU5000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 440LT4JL0800YD manufactured by Allen-Badley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Badley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 440LT4A3400YD by Manufacturer Allen-Badley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BES517110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Amci such as R11XJ107G equipment made by Amci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PTSPGE110012100 made by Bailey as well as the popular S845HSJHZ14CMY1C original spares produced by Allen-Badley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 870N20 by Allen-Badley and R11XJ107G spares by Amci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 802PRLACH2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Badley. |
